No Stacy,
Not possible. The ramifications could be horrid for the lender.
Every borrower must qualify on their own credit and income or on a joint application with income and credit from both.
Good luck with what you want to do.
Your income; you must be on the mortgage and sign.
Not possible. You can’t have the best of both worlds.
If they’re using your income, you’d have to be included on the mortgage as well. Sorry.
Not really, but I could be wrong.
For example if you were to divorce or separate and there was a court ordered support agreement. That could be counted as income. The best place to this answer is from a prospective lender.
Since your situation is a little out of the ordinary, it may be worth consulting with a mortgage broker. They will know the answers and the best way to proceed.
This is not going to happen. If you want your income counted towards a mortgage application, then you also need to be on the mortgage. One does not happen without the other. I assume your credit score is shoddy, and won’t qualify for a mortgage. Sorry, but then your income won’t qualify either.
Sorry.. but of your income is used, you have to be on the loan. No way around it.
If you want your income to be used, your name must also be in the loan.
