How to season loan proceeds to look like savings? No-mortgage deal.?
Anyone in finance know the answer to how long this usually takes. This is loan proceeds used to buy a foreclosure and will not involve a mortgage. How long do I have to sit on loan proceeds and/or inheritance to have it appear more like savings? Is it still six months?

If you are paying cash (since you say it does not involve a mortgage), why would a loan or seasoning funds matter. That is between you and whoever gave you the loan.
You cannot hide a loan if it appears on your credit report. If you need an additional loan, that lender should be able to tell you how long money for down payment has to season to not require explanation.
