I recently posted a message regarding my problem with Welcome finance. Anyway I would like to know if it is possible to get an advance/loan of £1,000 in week even with bad credit including having my house repossessed. I would also like to know as a keyworker in London, will I still be able to get a mortgage with my poor credit report. There are new homes coming up for sale in South London in about a couple of months, on a part rent and part buy scheme. If I can’t get a mortgage is there anything I could do to get myself back on the property ladder?
We have recently applied for a mortgage of £100,000 which monlthly payments are £693 fixed rate for 3 years. This is based on a 100% mortgage and the fact that we both have bad credit, it does not include building and content insurnace of life cover etc? Is this a good deal anyway?
We think that it is as we have been searching for a mortgage for a few months and due to the adverse credit haven’t been getting a brilliant quote the max we could get before was £85,000 for £625 a month.
I don’t mean to should think, but when taking out separate building and content insurnace etc do you start to do that when you get the completion date? Will the estate agents a house you like is with will accept if you don’t have it yet but you do have your mortgage in place? - hope that bit makes sense!
My fiance and I were not approved for a mortgage due to my bad credit (thanks to ex-husband). He was pre-approved for a mortgage on his credit and income, but only for 80K (he is 1099, therefore his AGI is much lower). Since I could not be approved, my income cannot be considered for a loan. So, my parents have offered to purchase the home we were looking at (their credit is impeccable) and rent to us on an rto basis until we are able to be approved. The home is an REO and listed at 8K. There is about K in repairs that need to be done before we could move in. The county website appraises the home at 8K. Are there loans available for a non first time homebuyer to finance the whole mortgage plus the repairs needed on an investment property? My parents would prefer not to co-sign (they were burned in the past).
What is the best company out there that will finance a married couple but only one person having bad credit? First-time homeowners as well as no money down if at all possible.

It is crazy to even think that is the case.If you have bad credit and you had a good job the mortgage companies knew what the price range was for those wages.Some people use that program as an opportunity to make a lot of money and to hell with what happens next.The people who bought that Cadillac house with that pinto money also should have known better.There is no way in hell that mortgage broker couldn’t tell that they were sailing a person more house than they could afford.It is their job to know that and they did.The crooks saw a chance make lots of money and blame the government for what was to happens next.They knew what was coming and they are down in the Caribbean drinking and laughing their asses off as those loan blow up in the faces of those so called dummies that bought them.There is no way in hell that the government wanted mortgage companies to finance more house than a person could afford.I see on the news where a couple looked at their paper work and saw where someone had changed information so that it would look more pleasing to a lender.While there is almost too much blame to go around,the mortgage broker is the biggest crook in this situation.I know that all mortgage brokers are not crooks but those that are bad need their butts kicked and then to jail with them.Just think ,if these people were sold a home that matched their income we may not be in this mess.It was so many 0,000.00 + houses on the market it was just too hard to pass up a chance to drive the American economy into the ground and get richer doing it.A few people got richer and they won’t be going to jail for it. ONLY IN AMERICA ? We have been ENRONED!
