Not huge debts, but I have a few credit cards that I’ve been stuck with to pay after my divorce. Is there such a thing as a mortgage that I can add these to so I only have a (slightly higher) mortgage payment to pay each month instead of a mortgage payment AND credit card payments?
I don’t currently have a mortgage, I rent where I live at the moment (£600 a month) and my deposit would be very small (again, thanks to the divorce court handing everything to my ex-wife).
His credit score is approx 550 and it showed that I dont have a credit score. His income is approx ,000/mth and we are trying to get financing for a ,000 house. He has a forclosure from approx 2yrs ago. and we dont have any debt ratio (car payment, credit cards, other loans, etc). Any help would be appreciated, thanks a bunch!!
About 6 months ago everything was going great. My wife and I had steady decent paying jobs and combined we were making about 75K a year. Then she got pregnant and our lives really felt like it was going in the right direction. Then she got laid off. Uh Oh. Now money is running out quickly and in about a month our savings we be drained and we wont be able to make our house payment anymore. It is very hard to come up with the money to pay for a 00 house payment, 0 worth of car payments, plus credit cards and utilities. We have cut back on just about everything. No more cable or internet, 1 cell phone. I see advertisments everyday for mortgage help and they make it sound so easy. Our problem is we owe more on our house than it is worth. I cant seem to find a company that will help us refinance unless we owe less than it is worth. We even called our bank to talk to them about that new government project that helps people keep their homes, they wont even talk to us until we start missing payments. I would rather it not come to that. Our house is valued at 133K and we owe 140K. Does anyone have some ideas or know of a website or anyone in the Dallas / Fort Worth area that can help with our situation. By the way my wife has applied for over 40 jobs with not one single hit. We pray a lot and I do have faith that God is going to take care of us, but I would sure like to have a plan just in case. Thanks
i have about 00 dollars worth of medical bills only on my credit report and all credit cards paid off no other credit issues but countrywide only allows 00 worth of medical issues to be on your credit report.
Where can I find a mortgage company that will pay off my old mortgage. Then let me buy a new doublewide to put on this property. But also let me refinance my automobile and credit card debt all into one monthly fixed rate of thirty years. Is it possible to finance your auto loan in with your mortgage???????
I have a house on this property the old home place ok house, but has no block foundation under it so basicly worth nothing but on the other half of the acre I want to put a house. This is a one acre lot in total with a five year old new vinyl sided garage. I owe ,000.00 on the entire 1 acre.I want to refinance the 11,000. plus borrow enough to pay off my truck and buy a new home and would be nice to pay all my credit cards off and enought to put my power service in and build two porches on the new house. Comes up figuring tight to about 0,000. dollars. Will they go that kinda loan anyone??????
I owe £20,000 on credit cards. I have felt suicidal, but don’t want my problems to become my wife’s problems, not fair on her - I just wanna sort this out now. But we do have a nice home, and sunk all our savings to pay a 10% deposit on it two years ago. We have kept up with repayments but times are hard, we are both full time emploted but the savings we had generated from our second income, well that business has dried up. I am talking with Payplan to see if I can sort my debt problems out but wonder if adding the debt to the mortgage is teh answer. If I just had this one bill as opposed to all the card bills I think I would be happier because I feel I would be making progress. I think the snowball effect with credit cards won’t work with because the interest on the cards wipes me out. Does anyone think adding the debt to the mortgage is the best idea?
Thank you
