Is there a good resource for education on becoming a mortgage broker ( I am familar with Loan Origination /lead generation some light investing .
How can become familar with presenting a good loan to a lender?
Are there tricks of the trade ? I have the netwroking exp and credit exp . I just need more help to get going

Most, if not all, states require you to have a license to be a Mortgage Broker. In some states you are required to have a Mortgage Broker license. In some states if you have a Real Estate Broker license, you can perform real estate sales and you can do services as a Mortgage Broker.
You need to check with your state to see their requirements. They will also provide you with requirements/education for the appropriate license for your state.
You need an understanding of graphs, and ratio/decimal mathematics, as well as a talent for people, and SALES
there are exams to be taken to be a legit one, (UK nt sure about any other country) basically pass your exams, get lots of on the job work and if your going solo then its good to have a goo client bank best to start off within the mortgage department of a bank or other company which offers the advice to build up your contacts
